THE OPERATOR’S ATLAS
Systems I
actually run.
I build software around problems I actually have. Some became products. Some stayed internal. Most started because I got tired of doing something by hand.
The useful part is that they run.
WHERE THEY CAME FROM
The work was happening. The thread was not.
Every system began with context falling away at the exact moment it mattered. I did not need another tool that produced an answer. I needed the answer, its source, the decision, and the next move to survive the handoff.
The systems that emerged
The connective tissue
Dolphin is the operating layer. It receives source events, holds durable state, and lets the right systems subscribe—without letting interpretation become permission.
ONE SYSTEM GOES PUBLIC
ColdStream keeps the relationship thread alive.
It is the commercial expression of this idea: research, contact, replies, meetings, and follow-through stay connected so the person in the conversation is not rebuilding context from a pile of tools.
